Tazzy Redd:
Thank you for having me.

The Kings Aces Magazine:
So let the people know your name, what you do and where you're from.

Tazzy Redd:
My name is Tazzy Redd and I am a diverse recording artisit from Miami, FL.

The Kings Aces Magazine:
When was it that you first realized you wanted to do this profession?

Tazzy Redd:
In 2006, after a near fatal accident.

The Kings Aces Magazine:
How long have you been doing this?

Tazzy Redd:
10yrs

 



The Kings Aces Magazine:
Who are your influences? 

Tazzy Redd:
TLC, Bonethugs, Janet Jackson,Wayne Wonder, Eminem, Alicia Keys, Movado and Vybz Cartel and more, but as you can see; I love different genres.

The Kings Aces Magazine:
What made you want to get into the business?

Tazzy Redd:
I've been performing in front of large crowds since I was about 5yrs old.  I was a dancer though not an artist.

The Kings Aces Magazine:
What are you thinking about when working on a beat or developing a album?

Tazzy Redd:
 I think about life.  My concepts come through my mood or how I'm feeling at the time.

The Kings Aces Magazine:
Tell us what do you think listeners will get out of your music? 

Tazzy Redd:
My listeners will get a diverse, fun, sad, loving, angry, conscience vibe out of me.  They will get to know me a little more just by my music.

 


The Kings Aces Magazine:
What is the most difficult thing you had to endure in life?

Tazzy Redd:
There's a couple of those, but the most life changing was my car accident in 2006.  To make a long story short, doctors were surprised that I was alive and able to walk again.  And here I am.  Grateful and blessed.

What is the most difficult thing you had to endure in the music industry? 

Tazzy Redd:
Well, I'm not big yet, but I'm creepin'.  I think it's just being a strong minded woman period.  Some don't like it when you make them work harder.  Some have taken me off of features bc my verse came out harder. lol.  That use to kill me, but it is what it is.

How does it feel to  finally getting your break?

Tazzy Redd:
 I hope to inspire all with my life through music, to show that it can be done.  Even if your the only one who has faith in you.

What do you hope to do with your music? 

Tazzy Redd:
 I hope to inspire all with my life through music, to show that it can be done.  Even if your the only one who has faith in

The Kings Aces Magazine:
If there was one thing about your career that you would change right now, what would that be?

Tazzy Redd:
That I would be able to hv my kids around more often.

The Kings Aces Magazine:
When everything is all said and done, what would you like your fans to say about you and what you brought to the table?

Tazzy Redd:
That I brought back real music.  No shade, but lyrics, concept, and delivery use to matter.  It doesn't seem that way anymore.
